STAN'S DONUTS & COFFEE
This is one of the snaziest donut shops we've come across not just in Chicago but across the USA. They have our favorite type of donuts.. which are always the gourmet style! It's the selection of donuts that really make you take a step back and really appreciate the effort put in to each one. They are pretty big too.. not sure if you can tackle an entire box of dozen but we often try. In addition, these guys also make their own in-house gelato, which is essential Italian style ice-cream - a must have. With about a dozen locations spread across Illinois, you'll bump in to one or two along your travels - so be sure to check them out. Right around the Wicker Part area is the spot we often visit.. but they are all terrific with the same high quality, service and satisfaction each and every time.
