A really fantastic bake shop that makes everything by hand and to order. A wide range of good here include pastries, cakes and of course the best donut in the area. Just walking by early in the morning you will be seduced by the sweet small of deliciousness! It's one of the few truly authentic, old-school bakeries not just in Kentucky but the entire US. Once you've tried Nord's, you will quickly realize that the other donuts you've had in your life fall short. Prices are also very low, as you can often times get a dozen gourmet donuts for under $10. We always try to get there early in the morning, as there are no lines and the best selection is there for the pickings. Also, the cookies here are terrific as well.. be sure to check out a few options as well. Many times when you're here, you'll come across regulars.. and you'll become one as well simply after one visit.
