DOUGHNUT VAULT
Easily one of the smallest donut shops we've come across but it's such a charming and carefully designed spot it just makes sense. They'll put out a small batch of donuts each morning for sale, always fresh and made from ingredients on site. Once they're gone, they're gone. The time and care that is put in to each donut is impressive. Nothing is rushed and each donut is near perfection each time. Once you see a line out the door, you best be sure to grab your spot and wait your turn for some amazing donuts that always sell out. They always stick with a set menu on the board, but always tend to add a new flavor or two each day as well. It's hard to find a favorite here as they are all so unforgettable and finger licking good. Also, it's easily accessible in downtown Chicago so when you come to visit the windy city, check them out too.
